Abstract;The atypical mycobacterium (non-tuberculous mycobacterium) is the generic name of cultivable mycobacterium group excluding the Mycobacterium tuberculosis group in the mycobacterium, and over 70 kinds of fungi has been known by the present. In this paper, mainly the lung infectious disease with the highest frequency was described. The symptoms of the lung atypical mycobacteriosis are cough, sputum, bloody sputum, hemoptysis, fatigue sensation, and there are many nonspecial symptoms such as whole-body feeling of fatigue, weight losses and dyspnea, etc. in progressing examples. And, it is indispensable for the diagnosis to carry out the separate culture of this fungus from samples such as sputum and bronchial lavage liquid after the rough guess is gained in image opinions such as clinical manifestation, chest radiograph and computed tomograph. And, the outline was described on clinical picture of lung infectious disease by representative kinds of fungi in this paper. The mycobacterium for the human by the property of causing disease was arranged in the table.
