| Abstract;The pulmonary mycosis is one of the important complications which break out in patients under powerful anticancer chemotherapy and immunosuppressive therapy. In this paper, the decision of each diagnosis, selelction of antifungal drugs, examination plan on the treatment follow-up and cautionary note on the evaluation of obtained examination results were described. To begin with, the following were described : Image examination and opinion of the special examination or cautionary note of the evaluation. The diagnosis of the pulmonary mycosis is determined by directly separating and identifying the cause fungus from the lesion. However, the separation of the cause fungus is difficult to carry out, as the sample picking technique is invasive by the case. Then, the following are used as a supplementary diagnosis : Blood fungal antigen detection and blood .BETA.-glucan value measurement. The usable serum auxiliary diagnosis for the diagnosis of the pulmonary mycosis was summarized in the table. And, the image test method and mycology test method were mentioned. |
