| Abstract;The lung cancer is various on disease stage and also on tissue-type. For appropriate treatment selection and life guidance, the appropriate examination plan is necessary. And, it is necessary to carry out the examination after studying the purpose and adaptation of the examination as the examination itself may also give considerable burden to the patients. The large purpose of the "examination" is due to carry out the selection of "treatment and therapy" and the decision making, and the examination which does not affect decision making afterwards seems to be the unnecessary examination. This paper described the inquiry and body opinions, explained the examination planning method by tissue-type and disease stage and also described how to advance the examination. And, the following were introduced as a definite diagnosis method : Sputum cytodiagnoses, supraclavicular fossa/cervical lymph node cytodiagnosis , bronchoscopy, transdermas lung needle biopsy, etc.. |
