| Abstract;The American association of sleep medicine (AASM) reported the new classification and definition of the sleep respiration disorder in the clinic and recommended measuring method in 1999. The feature of this classification is to define the upper respiratory tract resistance syndrome (URAS) in which the sufficient reason as a syndrome was not obtained in pathophysiology as the respiration effort relation arousal response (RERA). It is included in the occluded sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS) and the central type spnea is classified into three, which is made to be a different disease state. The OSAHS which occupied the most part in the sleep respiration disorder was described mainly.Diagnostic criteria of OSAHS was arranged in the table. And, the following were introduced as disease state grasp and seriousness evaluation of sleep relation respiration disorder (SRBD) : Inquiry, body opinion, general examination, monitoring of sleep respiration, and sleep polygraphy. |
