| Abstract;The pulmonary hypertension (PH) is the generic name of disease state in which the "pulmonary hypertension" exists, and the basal disease and critical form which become the cause are not defined especially, which is a very vague disease concept. The new classification of PH was announced in the world symposium on primary pulmonary hypertention (PPH) cosponsored by WHO in 1998, and the arrangement of the concept of this disease was tried. The examination plan of PH is carried out usually according to the following procedures : 1) Existence diagnosis of PH, 2) Differential diagnosis of pulmonary vascularity PH and non-pulmonary vascularity PH, 3) Differential diagnosis and seriousness evaluation in PH pulmonary vascularity and therapy decision, 4) decision of therapy effect and follow-up. As the disease with high frequency in pulmonary vascularity PH in Japan, the following are mentioned : PPH and associated diseaseses, chronic pulmonary thromboembolism, etc.. |
