| Abstract;The adaptation standard of the lung transplantation in Japan is approximately followed in the standards of Europe and America. According to the adaptation standard of lung and heart-lung transplantation recipient of the lung and heart-lung transplantation related society joint council, the following are mentioned as a general adaptation guideline that it is the progressive lung disease which does not react to the treatment, there is no therapeutic approach to save the patient's life except for lung transplantation, etc.. The purpose of the examination can be divided roughly into the following :1) Disease name diagnosis of the lung disease, 2) Disease state grasp and seriousness evaluation, 3) Preoperative inspection and grasp of the adaptation exclusion item, 4) Adaptation of recipient and donor, 5) Examination for the follow-up under standby, etc.. Examination plan for the decision of lung transplantation adaptation was described. The lung transplantation in Japan has just begun, and the correction will be required in future by repeating the experience in the case and by the expansion of the adaptation . |
