| Abstract;Acute renal insufficiency is the disease state in which the functional and structural failure can be generated suddenly and the serious disorder in which there is no time to compensate the lowered cardiac pumping functioin or the compensation mechanism is insufficient can be caused and introduced.Acute renal insufficiency is clinically classified into three disease states of cardiogenic pulmonary edema, cardiogenic shock, acute aggravation of the chronic left veuticle function disorder. The point in acute phase diagnosis of acute renal insufficiency is greatly divided into two of 1) Grasp of the seriousness of a cardiac insufficiency mainly on cardiovascular dynamics, 2) Retrieval of cause disease which causes a cardiac insufficiency. It is necessary to evaluate these 2 points quickly and simultaneously. As the diagnosis and examination, the following were introduced : Grasp of the general condition, body opinions, inductive electrocardiogram, grasp of respiratory condition by arterial blood gas, etc.. |
