| Abstract;The chronic cardiac insufficiency contains various diseases such as dilated cardiomyopathy to be a beginning and cardiomyopathies, ischemic heart disease, valvular disease, hypertension, congenital heart disease, etc., as diseases to be a cause. In the diagnosis, the medical record and medical history related to the symptom, and body opinions are very important. The appropriate listening of medical record and body opinions enable considerable part of diagnosis and seriousness evaluation of the heart failure, and also selection of the examination and judgment of the emergence. In this paper, the examination plan necessary for the diagnosis, seriousness evaluation, decision of effect in the treatment, and follow-up was outlined for every representative basal disease. As an examination for the diagnosis, the following were introduced : Medical record (family history), chest X-ray examination, electrocardiography, heart echo Doppler examination, cardiac catheter test, left ventriculography, and myocardiac biopsy. |
