Abstract; The cardiac tamponade is the disease state which can be generated by all pericardial diseases, and it is a disease state which makes the expansion failure of heart ventricle caused by the oppression to the heart by the depot in cavitas pericardialis to be a cause. Especially the intracranial pressure to the heart appears obviously in right ventricle and right atrium and the rise of venous pressure and appearance of the right heart failure symptom are observed. The pericarditis (acute and chronic) was described, and the cause of pericardial disease was arranged in the table. The constrictive pericarditis can be swelled by chronic inflammation. It is a disease state which can be generated by oppressing the heart by the calcified pericardium. The symptom by low cardiac output such as pleural effusion, severe feeling of fatigue and weight loss also appears. As an examination plan of the constrictive pericarditis, the following were described : Physical remarks, general examination, chest radiograph, electrocardiogram, heart echo, cardiac catheter and pericardium biopsy.
