| Abstract;The diagnosis and evaluation method of the hypertension includes the following : Confirmation of the fact that the blood pressure value is in the hypertension area, differentiation if it is the primary or the secondary, risk factors except for blood pressure, evaluations of organ disorder and the complication and stratifications of the risk, etc.. Medical interview, blood pressure measurement, body examination, general clinical examination are advanced considering above described matters, and the special examination may be carried out if necessary. The 6th report of the U.S. joint committee on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in the hypertension treatment guideline of 2000 edition (JSH2000) was introduced. Then, the following were outlined on the basis of the WHO/ISH hypertension treatment guideline in 1999 : Diagnosis and evaluation method of the hypertension and the examination plan. The following were mentioned : Medical interview, measurement of blood pressure, disease type classification of the hypertension, body opinion, and clinical examination. The classification of the secondary hypertension was arranged in the table. |
