Abstract;A new synthetic route to perfluorinated vinyl ether monomers, which is modified the "PERFECT" process, including the direct transformation step from perfluorinated ester to perfluorinated vinyl ether by thermal elimination with metal carbonates "PERFECT" process is the abbreviation of PERFluorination of an Esterified Compound then Thermal elimination. This new synthetic route is advantageous for various reasons, especially from the viewpoint of the cost and the production efficiency. (author abst.)
