| Abstract; The trial which intends to unite biological system with mechanical system through the nervous system is one of the most noticed fields in the medical bioengineering. However, the report which made the system that connects the actually external equipment in remote location with sensory nerve of the organism and forms an artificial sense is not completely found. In this research, the system like the following was constructed, and succeeded in the experiment. The operator manipulates the robot hand in remote location through the network. The contact information between hand and object is sent through the network again, and tactile nerve fiber of the operator is electrical stimulated. It is enabled that the sensory stimulation to the hand is sensed as a result of applying a sense to the hand of the self. In this paper, experimental system is reported. (author abst.) |
