Abstract;A spontaneous remission case (32-year-old woman) developing diabetes insipidus in 36 weeks after pregnancy and exhibiting the symptoms of lymphocytic infundibular neurohypophysitis on MRI is reported. The anterior pituitary function was kept during the pregnant puerperium, and the regression of the pituitary tumors was observed with natural course in spite of the association by the liver function abnormality. After birth, no reduction of the GH function in the GRH tolerance test and improvement in diabetes insipidus in the hypertonic salt solution tolerance test were confirmed.
