Abstract;A case (68-year-old man) of acromegaly (double pituitary adenoma) diagnosed as the Cushing disease by the GHRP load sampling is reported. In the diagnosis of the Cushing disease, GH producing tumors and ACTH producing tumors existed discontinuously, and the GHRP load test and hypophyseal venous system sampling using it were useful. By pituitary adenoma resection of 2 times, the improvement was seen.
