Abstract;A case (24-year-old woman) of TSH producing pituitary adenoma, for which operation was conducted after 2 children were borne during the octreotide treatment, is reported. After pregnancy and delivery under chronic therapy by octreotide, tumors were almost able to be resected entirely by the curettage through the sphenoidal sinus. Though reduction effects of the tumor by chronic therapy are limited and are not radical, and octreotide treatment is an safe and effective therapy in pregnancy and birth.
