Abstract;In 50 pregnancy cases of Graves disease complication diagnosed as euthyroid by the umbilical cord blood thyroid function test in the time of birth, dose of the antithyroid drug in the term pregnancy and the anti-TSH receptor antibody are examined. From the result, the TBII (thyrotropin binding inhibitory immunoglobulin) value as well as mother's free T4 seems useful in the dose adjustment of the antithyroid drug in Graves disease during the pregnancy.
