| Abstract;A case (44-year-old woman) of Graves disease of negative TRAb (TSH receptor antibody) and TSAb (thyroid stimulating antibody) exhibiting external ocular muscle swelling is reported. Hypothyroidism by chronic thyroiditis was diagnosed from examination findings, and external ocular muscle swelling was recognized from the MRI findings and was judged as the inflammation of the extrernal ocular muscle. Steroid pulse therapy and retrobulbar radiation irradiation were conducted, and the relief of the symptoms was observed. |
