| Abstract; In order to analyze furthermore the role of the DNA binding domain (DBD) binding factor of nuclear hormone receptor (NR) in the ligand dependent transcription activation, new cloning of the transcription coupling factor of TR was tried by the yeast two hybrid (YTH) method using DBD of thyroid hormone receptor (TR) and part of the hinge region as the bait. From the result, it has become clear that the endogenous transcription activation domain exists in TBP-1, and it is indicated that the ATPase activity of TBP-1 is important for the reinforcement of ligand dependent transcription activation. |
