| Abstract;The arrhythmia contains those that can be left untreated and those that can be fatal and the therapy and prognosis are also greatly different by the type. Then, the differentiation must be prudently carried out considering the variety of bradyarrhythmia and tachyarrhythmia, when the symptom in which the arrhythmia such as movement and the pause in the pulse is suspected is faced. Property of the movement, duration, how to start and how to end become a clue of the diagnosis, when the movement is complained. As a basic examination, the following were introduced : 12 inductive electrocardiogram, Holter electrocardiography, portable electrocardiogram in the fit, and motion load electrocardiogram. As a special examination, the following were described : Arithmetic mean electrocardiogram, tilt tests, electrophysiological examination, etc.. And, the following were mentioned : Scanning of the basic heart failure and evaluation of the cardiac function, retrieval of the disease state as a background except for heart failure. |
