| Abstract;In the deep hole processing represented in crank shaft oil hole of the automobile, the processing by twist dril is the most general working method. However, there is the many problem to be solved chip discharge, tool life of using drill and breakage prevention, etc. in the deep hole processing. Our company the know-how got in the development of the twist drill was applied to the deep hole processing technology, and by developing and commercializing deep hole drilling machine which possessed the processing system for the crank shaft oil hole processing, it passed half century very much. Development and improvement of the deep hole processing machine are continued since the first issue machine development, and the optimum system to the customer has been offered. (author abst.) |
