Abstract; The strangulated neuropathy is the localized neuropathy to be caused as a result of receiving the localized physical stimulation from the circumference when the peripheral nerve passes anatomically narrow places such as the joint vicinity. It is the disease state that causes demyelination and axon degeneration by receiving the disorder and then causes sensory disturbance and movement disorder and autonomic neuropathy. There are many strangulated neuropathies in the top and bottom limbs including the carpal tunnel syndrome with the highest frequency in the disease which causes the numbness of the hand. Strangulated neuropathies to be encountered in the clinical field were arranged in the table. The neuralgia occurs in the fixed innervation region convulsively with severe pain, which is repeatable and the duration is within a few minutes and has the trigger point to induce the fit, and it is subclinical in the fit intermission, and the abnormality is difficult to be found in the objective nerve opinion. The trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, neuralgia between elbows, etc. can be found in the clinic.
