| Abstract;To each of the 11 child patients of hematological or oncological diseases, 3- to 12-year-old, his/her disease was explained respectively, and they were interviewed to check the understnding of the name and state of his/her own disease. All the 11 patients who were explained the disease state could understand and reply the state almost correctly as explained by the attending physician. Among the 7 patients who were explained the disease name on the crisis at more than 5-year-old, 5 of them remembered the disease name correctly, and all 7 of them understood the disease state. |
