Abstract;A case of female infant with neuroblastoma at stage 4A, which was discovered because she was positive in the mass screening (mass) after 8 months from the birth, was experienced. This case was judged to be mass positive at the examination due to the slightly higher VMA value. Afterwards, as both the VMA and the HVA increased rapidly and bone metastasis was noticed, the primary lesion was extracted, followed by chemotherapy, to result in the disappearance of the metastatic lesion. In this case, if the patient was examined by the conventional mass after 5 months from the birth, she could have been judged to be negative. The case seems to be rich in suggestions to current mass.
