Abstract;A case of 1-year-old infant male, who had a solitary tumor on the leftside of the upper back and was diagnosed histologically as fibromyxoma similar to low-malignancy fibromucous sarcoma, was experienced. The tumor was subcutaneous, 30*20mm sized, elastic but hard, smooth on the surface and fairly mobile, and indolent. In the image, the tumor had a coating, the boundary with the circumference was clear, and the inside was homogeneous and lacking in blood-flow. Though only the extraction was performed and the progress has been observed without an aftercare, the progress is fine without the recognition of a recurrence up to now, 2 years since then.
