Abstract;A case of 2-year-old female infant, who showed rare initial findings such as a spinal bone reaction of the skull and the proliferation of juvenile hemocytes in the bone marrow with generally metastatic neuroblastoma, was experienced. After she was accepted in the hospital with a suspicion for hematopoietic tumor, the case was diagnosed as neuroblastoma according to the biopsy of the skull. Chemotherapies, the extraction of the two-staged primary lesion (the left posterior mediastinum), radiotherapies, and the twice-repeated transplantations of peripheral blood stem cells were performed, and the normalization of the tumor marker and the improvement in the image were recognized. Afterwards, the internal use of 12-cis-retinoic acid was performed, and the follow-up is being carried out at present.
