| Abstract;A case of the treatment of 1-year-9-month-old male infant, who had a progressive hepatoblastoma with all the livers invaded by the tumor and multiple metastatic lesions in the both lungs, was experienced. After 5 cycles of polypharmatic chemotherapies with intervals of 21-27 days, a salvage chemotherapy was performed. As a result, the reduction of the tumor and a decrease in the AFP value were achieved. During the three weeks after 36 days from the transplantation of the peripheral blood stem cslls, the excisions of the metastatic lesions in the right, and next the left, lungs and the excision of the liver were performed successively, and a perfect remission was attained finally. |
