| Abstract;The case was in a 9-year-8-month-old female child, and the main complaint was an abdominal wall tumor. She was examined by a regional doctor, and after the extraction of the tumor, diagnosed as dermatofibrosarcoma protuberance by histopathologic examination. As the stump was found to be positive for oncocytes, she was introduced to be admitted into the hospital for a further excision. A 2cm margin, all around, was extracted from the periphery of the tumor. The stump was negative even for CD34 staining. After a year and 8 months from the operation, there is no sign of a recurrence at present. |
