Abstract; Two cases (28- and 26-year-old females) of hepatocellular carcinoma that are suspected to be related to the administration of cyproterone acetate, a medicine for precocious puberty used generally in our country in 1980s, were experienced. Cyproterone acetate had been administered in large amounts, reaching 1,160g and 916g in total amounts. APF, a tumor marker for the hepatocellular carcinoma, showed a high value at the diagnosis, but was normalized after the excision of the liver. In one of the cases, 9 years have past after the operation without a recurrence, but in the other case, an internal recurrence was recognized after a year and 5 months, and a tumor extraction was performed.
