Abstract;A case of 14-year-old girl with primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMLBL) is reported. The treatment was started suspecting a primary neuroectoderm tumor or an Ewing sarcoma, but after the final diagnosis as PMLBL, the case was treated according to TCCSG non-Hodgkin lymphoma B96-04 group C protocol. When the scheduled treatment was finished, a tumor remained in the image, but it was estimated to be without organic activities by 201Tl-SPECT, and the follow-up is performed since then. The remission is maintained at present after a year from the end of the chemotherapy.
