| Abstract;Hitherto, on TDMA satellite communication system, it was general to obtain sufficient back-off to operate it by using large scale high output amplifiers (HPA). However, if possible to carry out saturation point operations of earth station HPA, miniaturization and reduction of power consumption of the earth station could be realized, to give a large merit to its economical efficiency and construction of earth station. Authors proposed a system mixing error correction codes with optimized transmission systems such as burst modem filters, and so on, at a transmission system containing two-step of nonlinear devices of such earth station HPA and satellite TWT amplifier (TWTA), to confirm that it was enough enabled to operate the earth station at the saturation points through computer simulation and tests. And, it was also proved to enable to be obtained sufficient features on interference between bursts and cycle skipping feature at regeneration system of carrier waves. |
