Abstract;A case (18-year-old girl) of midline anomaly (MA) complicated by hyponatremia due to hypopituitarism and reset osmostat (RO) is reported. From the test result, hypopituitarism due to MA was diagnosed, and GH and thyroid hormone substitutions were started. It is indicated that hyponatremia and hypoosmolality blood diseases in this case are regulated at the low setting point by RO.
