Abstract;Kabuki makeup syndrome is the congenital anomaly syndrome exhibiting characteristic complexions and skeletal anomalies, dermatoglyph abnormalities, mental retardation, abnormal growth, etc. A male infant case (1-year-old) of kabuki makeup syndrome complicated by GH hyposecretion is reported. Kabuki makeup syndrome complicated by GH hyposecretion was diagnosed from the result of various tests and clinical features, and the GH treatment was started. Intrauterine development disorders were observed in this case, and this was a rare case complicated by the low formation of the hypophysis and GH hyposecretion.
