Abstract;A case (60-year-old woman) of complicated cryptococcal meningitis during the clinical course of Cushing disease due to the ACTH producing giant pituitary adenoma is reported. Headache, abducens palsy and clouding of consciousness were caused during the metabasis of the Cushing disease and the differentiation with pituitary apoplexy was difficult, and finally, the complication of cryptococcal meningitis was diagnosed. Cryptococcal meningitis which develops the atypical clinical manifestations may be complicated, when the advanced cortisol blood disease lasts for a long time, and the attention is required.
