Abstract;Seven cases (47-year-old and 20-year-old women, 48-year-old man, etc.), in which the anti-bovine(b)TSH antibody existed in the TSH binding inhibitory immunoglobulin (TBII) positive basedowian blood, are reported. Case 1-3 were the typical long-acting type, and standard method TBII was positive in spite of the antithyroid drug administration, and the anti-bTSH antibody also kept positive throughout several years. The anti-bTSH antibody activity of case 4 and 5 changed significantly in the time-course. In addition, Case 6 and 7 were the transient type and standard method TBII was positive throughout a few years, and the anti-bTSH antibody was transiently positive.
