Abstract;A case (41-year-old woman) of Hashimoto disease complicated by the resistance to thyroid hormone (RTH) is reported. From the result of various tests, systemic type RTH of the sporadic occurrence case complicated by Hashimoto disease was diagnosed. And, the onset of hypothyroidism was diagnosed, and the 1 - thyroxine treatment was started. Goiter was rapidly reduced, and the clinical manifestation was also improved. Substitution by the thyroid hormone and determination of the maintenance dose are the future problem.
