Abstract;A case (56-year-old woman), which caused pancytopenia which seemed to be the drug induced autoimmune during the metabasis of Basedow disease, is reported. Fever which seemed to be the drug hypersensitivity to multiple drugs is observed. Then, pancytopenia was developed after fever disappeared by the drug discontinuation. The mechanism as an autoimmune was supported, because the steroid therapy gave remarkable effects, and because the exacerbation was not noticed after drug tapering.
