Abstract;Two long-term observation cases (52-year-old and 57-year-old women) of myxedema of inhibitive TSH receptor antibody (TSBAb) positive type exhibiting various metabasis are reported. Case 1 received medical examination because of obvious hypothyroidism of the positive TSBAb,and caused Basedow disease and hypothyroidism of the negative TBAb by some hormonotherapies. Case 2 was diagnosed as Basedow disease complicated by cardiac insufficiency, and hypothyroidism of the positive TSBAb afterwards, and irritative type TSH receptor antibody (TSAb) appeared. Thyroid functions normalized in the natural course, and positive TSAb has been maintained.
