| Abstract;As antennas for portable radios, application of dipole antenna was experimentally carried out, but there were some subjects that to realize this, because of needs of addition of matching circuits and balancers, addition of folded structures, and so on, their mounting became difficult. In this paper, were proposed T-type monopole antennas using parallel resonance modes, to show that these antennas not only required no balancers but also could carry out self-matching, and could also control unnecessary radiation from housing like that of dipole antenna, by simulation and testing using 2 GHz band terminal models. |
