| Abstract;In this study, was experimentally investigated a method to evaluate phase at every elements of phased array antennas by using near-field antenna measurement. The experiment was carried out by using plain scanning near-field measurement using 16 elements phased array antennas with 10.5 GHz in central frequency for a test antenna, to show at first that testing precision of element phase was sufficient by comparison with element electric field vector rotation method. And then, by repeating correction to make the element phases equal, it was confirmed to make the phases equal by twice correction. |
