Abstract;The titled diseases(11 cases during July, 1979-June, 2002) are outlined. Regarding tissue type, there were mesenchyme type(1 case), MRTK(1 case), CCSK(1 case) and renal blastoma type(8 cases). 7 out of 11 cases survived. The cases of death included Stage III to IV with unfavourable hystology(UH)(3 cases; MRTK, CCSK and anaplastic type) and Stage V with bilateral Wilmus tumor(1 case). 3 cases with more than Stage III survived, 2 out of the 3 cases being alive over 10 years. The cases with favorable histology, even if advanced case, were able to survive long by total extirpation of tumor, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
