Abstract;Our cases with the titled disease during 1997-2000 amounted to 67. Elder children and youngsters among them(35 cases; 3 cases of less than 3 years old, 19 cases of 11-15 years old and 13 cases of 16-20 years old) were divided into 3 groups of the first term(1980-1982), the middle term(1983-1995) and the last term(1996-at present). The medical cares and results in each term are outlined. By adopting intensive pre-operative chemotherapy, the survival rates of the groups improved to be 40,54 and 100%, respectively. The following were shown in table: 1) age, onset site, stage of disease, pathology, presence or absence of lung metastasis, etc., 2) results of medical care, 3) resimens of chemotherapy, 4) efficacy in a therapy and prognosis, 5) regarding lung matastasis, stage, primary site, operation and prognosis.
