| Abstract;10 cases with incipient hepatoblastoma(6-months- 10 years old; 8 males and 2 females) treated in the past decade are outlined. 2 cases with early stage received drip infusion of CDDP/DXR therapy, and 8 cases with more advanced stage received continuous infusion of CDDP and DXR therapy(some of the cases did CDDP/VCR/5-FU therapies alternately). 2 cases with Stage IV, and 1 case with recurrence after chemotherapy, additionally received specific high-dose chemotherapy in combination with autologous stem cell transplantation. At present, all 10 cases survive in remission. 2 cases received CDDP/DXR therapy to result in onset of drug-induced cardiomyopathy as the late disorder. Then the 2 cases received chemotherapy. The following were shown in figures or tables: regimens of chemotherapy, the outline of cases(sex, age, stage of disease, pathological diagnosis), clinical results, measures for treatment and the prognosis, and our treatment program for hepatoblastoma. |
