Abstract;6 cases(infants and children of 5 months-5 years old) with the titled disease were treated with chemotherapy(CDDP/VCR). One course included CDDP 20mg/sq.m/day(the 1st-5th day) and VCR1 4mg/sq.m/day(the 1st, 8th and 15th day) and was repeated 4 times every 4 weeks. Then, from the 5th course, according to the state of tumor reduction, prolonged administration of 6-8 courses was done. A month after finishing the chemotherapy, there were 4 cases with partial response and 2 cases with disease stabilized, having tumor reduced slightly every end of one course. After treatment, regrowth was recognized in 4 cases. Then the 4 cases received radiotherapy or extirpation as salvage therapy when they were more than 4 years old. On their last visits, all cases existed with visual function to make their daily life available.
