Abstract; The titled case(a female neonate of 25 days after birth) was diagnosed as neuroblastoma(StageIII). The tumor had a favorable histology. MYCN was retained in a single copy. TrkA expression was in an elevated level. However, DNA poidy pattern was diploidy. 1p36 deletion was recognized. In primary culture, there were strong response to NGF,NT-3 and BDNF. Subsequently, aiming renal preservation, she began James therapy, according as the regimen A for infantile neuroblastoma on a schedule of 12 courses with 2/3 quantitiy of dosage. After finishing 12 courses, the renal preservation was yet delicate. Accordingly, 17 courses of chemotherapy was added. However, the tumor regrew with reincreased urinary VMA, HVA and NSE, so that operation was done. After operation, 6 courses of the regimen C for infantile neuroblastoma were performed. As of age of 5 years and 5 months, there was no symptom of recurrence.
