| Abstract; The titled case(6-year-old male) had chief complaints of abdominal pain, poor complexion, weight loss and nocturnal pyrexia. Since the middle of January, 2000, abdominal pain and poor complexion appeared with anemia. He was put into our hospital on the 18th of April because of weight loss and nocturnal pylexcia since the end of March. Hyperplasia of gastric wall and disappearance of the lamellar structure were persistently recognized by abdominal ultrasonography. Ulcer surroundedly stuck by thick furs and submucosal tumor on the lower body of stomack and gastric angle were observed by endoscopy of upper digestive tract. Thus the pathological diagnosis was considered to be diffuse large B cell lymphoma in Stage II based on St.Jude classification. Treatment was started according to JACLS NHL-B98 protocol Group B, mainly using methotrexate and cychlophosphamide. Being under remission, intravenous infusion of famotidine caused intensive abdominal pain, which, however, remitted by combinedly using oral lansoprazole. 7 courses of the chemotherapy was performed. The case survives in sound at present. |
