| Abstract;The case(24-year-old female) had multilocular tumor on vagina at age of 2, being diagnosed as rhabdomyosarcoma. Then chemotherapy and radiotherapy were conducted, followed by extirpation of uterus, vagina and oviduct with lymphadenectomy. After operation, chemotherapy was retained for 2 years. Thereafter, there was no recurrence. Since age of 23 years and 5 months, abdominal pain and fetor leukorrhea appeared. At age of 23 years and 11 months, tumor on vestibule of vagina appearing, incision and drainage were conducted. However, since there was no remission, she visited us at age of 24. She was diagnosed as colon cancer by colonofiberscopy. Since curative resection of tumor was impossible, she began chemotherapy and heat therapy. Irrespective of primary efficacy, she was not cured to die at age of 24 years and 10 months. |
