| Abstract;With the evolution of the computing capabilities of supercomputers, there are growing and diversified demands for numerical modeling of natural phenomena and engineering problems. Fast and robust numerical algorithms are essential as a basis for scientific applications. NEC has been developing the ASL/SX Series mathematical libraries to facilitate the state-of-art numerical algorithms in building scientific and engineering application programs.
