| Abstract; At present, most of systems are carried out by software control, success of the systems depends upon this software, and then upgrading of efficiency on development of system control program is required. Therefore, OS suitable for the system control and changeable on function expansion on response to requirements is desired. For this countermeasure, authors progresses a study and trial production of OS with micro-kernel (MK) + multi-server construction. On the OS construction, only MK is performed by kernel modes, thereafter various OS service tasks have individual logic spaces and are performed by users' modes. By using this method, expandability, obstacle resistance, adaptivity to dispersion processing, and simplification of development on control softwares can be intended. And, it was clarified that overhead on message transfer between tasks apprehensive by this method was enough small. |
