Abstract; On a scalable service control platform required for future mobile communication service, here was proposed a new method effectively capable of performing access to dispersed database (DB). Hitherto, for accessing method drafts to the dispersed DB, two methods of a unicast type method (method A) tranferring DB access requirement received from networks to addressing DB and a multicast type method (method B) transferring them through multicast were proposed, but as on the former main memory capacity was pressed by size increase of address deciding tables and on the latter processor processing capacity was pressed by maulticast communication at every times, both could not obtained sufficient scalability. In this paper, was devised a hybrid type method (method C) applying unitcast communication to access to less numbers of users with high access frequency and multicast communication to access to more numbers of users without one, by focusing to a point of locality between users for access requirements to DB. By introducing method control parameters operable on both communications, to optimally select those values, it could quantitatively be shown that user containing limits at the conventional methods were simultaneously cancelled and that operations at minimum instrument on wide containing range were enabled to perform.
