| Abstract;Using the equipment built-in type Internetworking middleware "EMIT" as a protocol with the IPv6 compatible gateway, a remote control system for lighting fixtures has been realized. Use of the EMIT system eliminates the need for the development of complex communication software and makes the development of controlling application software easier. In addition, the use of TCP/IP in the lower communication layer and IPv6 in the networklayer realized a system having the large address area featured by IPv6, the plug and play function, the IPsec-based security function, etc. (author abst.) |
